I didn't come up through marketing courses or business school. I came through the medical field. Working through the pandemic, under pressure, when the margin for error was zero. That taught me something most business coaches never learn: systems aren't optional. They're the difference between holding it together and falling apart.
When I left healthcare, I landed in insurance. Built agencies, Learned sales, operations, revenue architecture, and what it actually takes to build something that runs without you being the engine. Then I moved into consulting and thats when the pattern became impossible to ignore.
Founder after founder, industry after industry the same three problems. They looked successful on the outside and were barely holding it together behind the scenes. They had real talent but couldn't package or sell it clearly. They kept investing in the wrong things because no one had ever given them an honest diagnosis.
Builder Club exists because those founders deserve better than another course, another coach, and another roadmap they don't have time to execute alone.
I am equal parts builder and visionary. I will see the business you're trying to build before you can fully articulate it and I will execute until it exists.
